Heta API and Heta Assistant Terms of Use

Last updated: October 21, 2026.

Purpose

Heta API, its MCP server, the Heta API connector, and Heta Assistant provide Heta guidance, model compilation, validation, and export for research and education. Heta Assistant can also use local tools in Codex.

Your use of the service

Submit only model files that you are permitted to use and share with the services involved. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, personal or confidential information, or other sensitive data. Do not use these services to disrupt their operation or for unlawful purposes.

Results and availability

Generated models, compilation results, diagnostics, exports, diagrams, and simulations may contain errors. Check them independently before using them in research or other work. Remote service availability and preservation of generated files are not guaranteed.

Files generated by Heta API are available temporarily through links. Anyone with a valid link can access its files while they remain on the server. See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling and retention.

Third-party clients

If you use Heta API or Heta Assistant through a client such as ChatGPT or Codex, that client's own terms also apply to your use of the client. Local tools may have their own licenses and terms.
